BOOKING PROCEDURE
After meeting with your photographer or having exchanged by mail, phone or Skype, how to book your photographer is to send your confirmation email stating your postal address. We will then send two contracts signed by mail. You must keep a copy and return the second signed along with your deposit check of 20%. Upon receipt of your contract, we will send you a roadmap to complete and return by email at least 7 days before the wedding.
FRESH & CONDITIONS
Including transport costs up to 50 km from Paris. In addition, transportation costs 0.50 € / km. Beyond 200km, please contact us.
Payment terms: 20% deposit on signing the contracts, the balance on the day or the week after the wedding.
OUR GUARANTEES
Before each wedding, the agency will provide a roadmap mail (Word format) that in addition to hours and addresses, will allow you to set preferences and the type of photos you want for each stage of the day.
Our photographers are equipped with at least two professional cameras full 24x36 format to prevent any possible failure.
Our photographers are equipped with at least 3 goals (24 / 70mm f2.8 f2.8 + 70/200 + 60mm or 50mm or 35mm f1.4 or f1.8) and 2 flashes. Fisheye Lenses on request.
All our contracts are personal and ensures that the chosen photographer will be the one that will ensure your D-Day story
All selected photos will be retouched delivered within 30 days maximum after the wedding. This period may however be extended to 45 days for weddings taking place in June and September
All our pictures are snuff RAW (uncompressed raw format) and will be delivered after post-treatment in high definition on DVD or USB stick, royalty-free
If it rains on your wedding day and photos of the couple are not feasible, the agency will offer you a new photo shoot from one hour to Paris (To be programmed during the week)
